COCKROACH CONTROL PROCEDURE:
We will visually inspect the inside and outside area, provide a free estimate for the roach treatment, and treat the infestation (crack and crevice), and vacuum.
If the inside of your property is treated, you must be prepared to leave the premises for at least 5 hours. If the outside of your property is treated, you will not be required to leave.
The treatment cost starts at $150 and will depend on the size of the treated areas and the extent of the infestation.
Please remove all items from the following places: kitchen drawers, kitchen cabinets, kitchen pantry, under kitchen sink, closets in all rooms.
R & RThe chemicals used to treat roach infestations depend on the type of roach being treated. Some roaches require growth regulators to control the roach life cycle for complete elimination. These chemicals can possibly be harmful if it comes into contact with skin, are ingested, or are inhaled.
ROACH PREVENTION:
Poor housekeeping is sure to attract and produce an environment that harbors roaches. Keeping your home clean, safe, and free of clutter is the first step to eliminating roaches.
Please also keep all food in proper storage containers and in a timely manner. Once the roaches are eliminated from your home, the best way to prevent future issues is to schedule regular visits from a pest control professional.
